What you’ll Be Doing:
receiving incoming requests from customers and advising on the site and our product;
creating a friendly environment when dealing with clients;
offering a customer-oriented approach, maximizing assistance in resolving issues and ensuring customers' satisfaction.
We will definitely team up if you:
have fluent Ukrainian, Russian and Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;
see your future in the customer support service;
are positive, attentive and welcoming towards people;
punctual, diligent and responsible;
can be a fast learner and multitask;
no matter what experience you have — we will teach you everything.
