We are looking for a contractor who, if necessary, is ready to independently relocate to Hungary, Budapest.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing full secretarial and administrative servicesOrganization of business trips of managers or teams (buying tickets, searching and booking hotels, making travel plans)Preparation of comprehensive and detailed travel plans, routes and schedules, as well as preparation of documents for meetingsMaintenance of financial documentationConducting in-depth analytical work, translation and information supportOrganization of document management (receiving and sending documentation, reporting)Communication with counterpartiesIssuance of visas, invitations

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Good command of the English languageKnowledge of the Hungarian language will be requiredConfident skills in using Microsoft Office and office equipmentExperience in organizing business meetings, keeping protocols and document managementThe ability to communicate with middle managersSociability and openness
