RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using various ServiceNow features and tools (Glide, UI Actions, Business Rules, etc.).Implement best practices for code reusability, maintainability and performance.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new solutions.Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow updates, features, and best practices.Document work effectively and maintain thorough knowledge of existing system configurations.Contribute to and mentor junior developers, promoting a collaborative and learning environment.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

3+ years of experience developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Expertise in ServiceNow scripting languages (Glide, JavaScript, etc.).Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.ServiceNow Platform: Expertise in core modules like ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, and knowledge of emerging modules like Flow Designer and Integration Hub.Scripting Languages: GlideScript, JavaScript, Jelly, with understanding of scripting best practices and code reusability.APIs and Integrations: Experience with REST APIs, web services, and ServiceNow Integration Hub for seamless external system integrations.Version Control Systems: Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for collaborative development and code management.Full-Stack Development: Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React) for building custom ServiceNow UI elements.Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms for hosting and managing ServiceNow instances.DevOps Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles for automated deployments and infrastructure management.Security and Compliance: Understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and relevant compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).
