Role Impact: As a Senior Software Engineer at Wingspan, you'll be pivotal in developing software that shapes business and impacts lives. You'll work with a team of skilled engineers, driving our industry leadership and ensuring our products excel. What you'll do: Develop scalable, high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and QA for timely project delivery. Refine software, focusing on efficiency and best practices. Participate in agile processes for project success and team alignment. Mentor and contribute to our engineering culture. Qualifications: Expertise in back-end programming (Node & Typescript preferred). Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and API design. Proficiency in Git, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. Proactive in process improvement and best practices. Requirements: 5+ years in software development. Background in object-oriented programming. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles. Familiarity with software testing methodologies. Agile development process experience.
