The Role
As we embark on the rebranding journey for our products, we are actively seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team remotely from Ukraine. Your crucial role in implementing our rebrand will significantly impact the development and scalability of our visual identity across all design initiatives at iDeals.
Working closely with Senior Graphic Designers and collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams, you will report directly to our Lead, Graphic Design based in the UK. Your creative contributions will play a key role in maintaining a consistent and impactful visual presence for iDeals.
What You Will Do
Apply our brand assets seamlessly across print and digital touchpointsCollaborate with senior designers on the execution of cross-discipline marketing materials and campaignsLeverage Figma for crafting asset libraries, brand sheets, illustrations, infographics, icons, ads, social media content, and emailsCreate presentations, decks, brochures, ebooks, and whitepapers using Illustrator or InDesign, ensuring optimal export for print design and brand merchandiseSelect, retouch, and organize photos/imagesStay abreast of new design approaches, consistently researching and analyzing current trends in design, color, art, and photographyEngage in brainstorming sessions and foster collaboration within international teams, contributing your creative expertise to elevate our brand across diverse channelsWhat We Look For
Over 3 years of hands-on experience in graphic designProven track record of consistently implementing design solutions in alignment with brand guidelinesShowcased portfolio featuring elegant, engaging, and business-focused designs across diverse disciplines with a particular emphasis on essential experience in IT projectsPossess a strong grasp of visual design, design theory, and brand identity systemsProficient in utilizing Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with expertise in Google Slides and KeynoteUpper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) in both oral and written communication, enabling effective collaboration with international teamsNice To Have
