The role is part of the DAO Delivery and Strategy Team and will support change delivery across all three pillars of the Strategy. What you’ll do Prioritize and manage supply of programme and project management services in accordance with DAO’s demand across the change portfolio. Create a change delivery community of practice, including knowledge sharing, to ensure alignment of change standards and quality of change management across DAO. Manage cost effectiveness of change services provided, incl. the resourcing strategy and vendor management. Future-proof the DAO Change capability, incl. skill sets, capacity & organizational structure Drive the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with HSBC change methodology at all times. Create environments where high standards are expected, regularly achieved, and appropriately rewarded. Develop a network of professional relationships across DAO and our stakeholders (including data scientists, analysts, engineers and business leaders) to improve collaborative working and encourage openness - sharing ideas, information, and collateral. What you need to have to succeed in this role 4 years or more of experience spanning across below profiles: Practice in an environment of matrix management, multiple cultures, locations, and time-zones. Practical and theory-based grasp of change delivery standards across Agile and Waterfall. Facing-off to service recipients and managing supply and demand, managing costs and vendor Ability to establish and leverage cross functional relationships to help drive project governance, execution, and closure. Ability to work in a virtual team environment across geographic boundaries and cultures. Analytical skills including the ability to synthesize results and connect key points across topics. Self-starter/Independent thinker – ability to work independently, progress work, and bring it to the collaborative table.
