Our client - is a multi-brand affiliate program company, is now looking for a Head of Affiliate. Location: Europe Type: Remote, full-time Start date: ASAP About the Role: A multi-brand affiliate program founded in 2020. It's an exciting multi-brand affiliate program operating in the highly competitive Tier-1 market segment. With a portfolio of 10 brands, they are strategically positioned to make a significant impact in the online gambling industry. The main operational hubs are located in Kyiv, Riga, and Poznań, where the company drives the vision forward through data-driven and expert management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement short and long-term strategies to optimize traffic and revenue performance across all affiliate channels. Supervise, mentor, and guide the affiliate team towards achieving personal growth and meeting KPIs. Closely track, report, and forecast key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives. Work in tandem with CRM, VIP, and other departments for comprehensive KPI insights and alignment. Manage and plan affiliate budgets effectively, ensuring strategic and efficient allocation of resources. Cultivate and maintain successful partnerships, identify new opportunities, and negotiate contracts. Innovate and implement campaigns to boost player traffic and conversion rates, employing tactics for maximum ROI. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Tier-1 geos, understanding specific market approaches and affiliate partner needs. Provide comprehensive financial performance reports, including affiliate retention and acquisition metrics, ROI forecasts, and resource recommendations. Analyze and report affiliate performance to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. Engage in affiliate conferences and travel to meet key affiliates, fostering a network of valuable contacts. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a Senior Affiliate role, with at least 1 year in a Head of Affiliate or similar leadership position in the iGaming industry; Strong proficiency in Data Analysis and problem-solving, utilizing relevant metrics; Skilled in digital strategy, including mobile apps, with proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SQL, and web-based technology; Strong background in Sales and Digital marketing, with a deep understanding of marketing tools; Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting processes, and performance metrics; Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field; Proven experience in managing multiple teams effectively; Energetic, driven, capable of multitasking, and working independently.
