Andersen, an international IT company, invites a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to work in Warsaw.
The customer is a company that began its journey in 2004 in Vilnius, Lithuania, and has been providing fast, convenient and affordable financial services around the world for 20 years.
The company offers products that include a payment gateway for online stores, mobile money transfer applications, currency exchange, payment cards, a platform for selling event tickets, a network of postal terminals, and issuance of contactless cards that can be linked to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Play.
It is the first licensed electronic money institution (EMI) in Lithuania.
The task is to coordinate a number of projects in Automotive and Finance/FinTech domains.
Responsibilities
Control of the project in its areas of responsibility.Keeping project demands up to date.Monitoring and updating the information in 1C.Creating queries in the ticketing system to prepare candidates.Introducing, managing, preparing candidates prior to interview.Organizing and controlling the quality of onboarding for the project (statistics of preparations, interview success coaching).Scheduling 1-2-1 with employees and planning team member vacations.Compiling feedback on each team member once a month/quarter.Finding new opportunities to grow the account, updating and supporting Miro.Monitoring project risks and generating Risk of leaving reports.Compiling monthly reports of time worked by the team and synchronizing them with 1C for billing purposes.Monitoring the tracking of working time and filling in the project's information.Consulting support for developers on emerging issues.Performing the tasks set by the DM.Supporting, updating information in Jira/Confluence of the project.
Requirements
Experience in the role of Project/Talent/Resources Coordinator would be an advantage; Understanding of customer interaction models;Basic understanding of technical aspects;Understanding of budgeting, facilitation, Agile principles and critical thinking;Systems thinking, ability to find common language with colleagues and partners as well as with client;Ability to work multitasking, stress tolerance;Understanding of the principles of working with Jira, Confluence;Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
Knowledge of German.Experience in testing.Understanding of SDLC;Experience in resource management/sales.
