A team that values initiative, proactiveness and a desire to grow.Each of our employees is an integral part of the big heart of Mazars, which will gladly welcome the Audit Manager to our Audit team who has the same values as we do.WHAT KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:You have 5+ years experience in audit (audit of banks would be a competitive advantage)You have excellent communication skills (written and oral) required to provide leadership and mentoring to staffExcellent technical knowledge in IFRS and Ukrainian Accounting StandardsYou have good experience in interoffice engagements and work with international clientsYou are motivated to meet client deadlines and provide distinguished client serviceYour Interpersonal and presentation skills are strong, and you are motivated by challenging assignmentsYou have good autonomy and initiative skills.Your organisational and planning abilities are of high levelFluent in English. Another foreign language would be a + (e.g. German)ACCA member (or final stage papers)Ukrainian Auditor's Certificate would be a +MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide both leadership and supervision to staff and seniors in the execution of audit engagementsSupervise multiple engagements including international referred audit work as well as due diligence or business process reviewDevelop and maintain productive relationships with client management throughout the year. Carry out work to a high technical standard in a commercially beneficial mannerManage technical accounting issues and present alternatives and conclusionsAssume performance management role: conduct timely performance reviews and provide staff with counselling and career guidanceInvolvement in training of staffInvolvement in firm / department / practice development and marketing initiativesReporting to a management team of international and local partnersLooking forward to seeing your resumes!
