Location: Moscow HQ
Position: permanent
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Business: senior stakeholder management
IT: strategic portfolio management
Team: people development, vendor management
WE EXPECT:
Experience in at least 2 of the following new technology trends:
*Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate)
*Microsoft Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies
*Field Sales Solutions
*Online Sales, Loyalty and payment systems
Business requirements analysis & process documentation
Solutions design proposal and architecture (business applications and D&IT infrastructure), including but not limited to application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, capacity planning, scalability
Good financial and budgetary understanding
Project management (medium to large scale projects)
Leading by example; Working effectively in a fast-paced environment and is able to diffuse project-related conflict
Ability to think clearly and act decisively in crisis situations; thinking and acting with a sense of urgency and clear understanding of priorities and strategic importance; highly organized
Creativity, thinking outside the box, challenging status quo
Ability to work with ambiguity and “connect the dots”
Team-orientation, collaboration; ability to network and establish good connections
Proactivity; drive to learn and keep pace with business and technology trends
