Job Description
Manage relationships with platform editors (Salesforce, Microsoft, Databricks, etc.). Generate a pipeline of new business sourced through platform editors. Track and update the account plan and opportunities in CRM and other internal and external tools. Develop, coordinate, and execute all internal and external tasks necessary to maintain and grow business activity, including but not limited to identifying opportunities; pre-sales preparation & execution; transaction execution (contracts, MSA, SOW, etc.); post-sales follow-up; and facilitating long-term relationships with clients and suppliers. Influence client perceptions to build trust and preference towards CT to position us for success in strategic opportunities. Build customer trust and loyalty to help CT develop long-term strategic partnerships. Utilize expertise, consultative selling skills, strong relationships and structured marketing and sales plans to successfully engage key decision makers. Further develop existing relationships and establish new business relationships with target customers, including C-level executives. Ensure a high level of post-sales satisfaction and facilitation of long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the complete line of CT services and customers, business issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.
