Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Lead Backend Developer (Node.js) to join its team for working with a company from Cyprus.
The customer is a leading B2B casino and sportsbook platform provider, renowned for its branded gamification engine that enhances player engagement across casino and sports domains. With over 60 brands and licenses in multiple jurisdictions, it offers a universal suite of products and services.
The project is developing a B2B casino and sportsbook platform.
Responsibilities
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.Hiring and training technical personnel.Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.Liaising with team members and management to ensure projects are completed to standard.Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.Delegating work and assignments to team members.Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.Developing an in-house platform.Integrating 3rd party APIs.Actively participating in developing new features from scratch.Requirements
Experience in development for 8+ years.Commercial experience in web development for 5+ years.Commercial experience with Node.js for 3+ years.Leadership experience for 3+ years.Knowledge of JavaScript and the ECMAScript 6 standardsCommercial experience of working with DB.Commercial experience of implementing the REST and WebSockets.Experience of GIT version control system.Experience with databases MySQL.Experience with RabbitMQ.Experience with Redis.Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.Strong leadership and organizational abilities.Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate + and above.Desired skills
