Summary
The IT company Andersen invites an experienced FullStack Developer to join its team for working with a company from Germany.
The customer is a German B2B SaaS company offering Europe's leading WhatsApp marketing platform and advanced automation. It enables mid to large consumer eCommerce brands a software platform through which brands can manage conversations, sell products, send marketing campaigns, answer questions, analyze results and more. The company has served over 300 brands, such as About You, Mytheresa, and Zalando Lounge.
The project is to maintain and improve WhatsApp's marketing platform.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining our conversational commerce graphical workflow tool, focusing on a high-quality user experience.Utilizing the latest frontend frameworks and technologies, including Typescript and Node.js, to build scalable and maintainable codebases.Collaborating with backend developers to create a unified and efficient system through REST API consumption.Writing comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests to uphold the reliability and functionality of the application.Appling your profound (S)CSS knowledge to create visually appealing and brand-consistent user interfaces.Optimizing application performance to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.Assisting in the decision-making process regarding the selection of frontend technologies and tools.Working closely with UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to execute the product roadmap and deliver features that meet business objectives.Proactively suggesting improvements to the current frontend infrastructure and participating in code reviews to ensure the highest quality of code standards.Requirements
Proficiency in Typescript and Node.js.Proven experience with frontend engineering and a solid understanding of at least one modern UI framework (Vue, React, Angular, Svelte).A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or another relevant technical field - or equivalent experience – is preferred.You have experience with REST APIs and their integration into frontend applications.A strong command of unit and e2e testing is required, ensuring our software's quality and stability.Your (S)CSS skills are advanced, allowing you to create intricate designs with maintainable and scalable code.Additional experience with Vue 3, Tailwind, Postgres, TDD, Playwright/Cypress, HTML Canvas/WebGL, clean code practices, and an eye for UI performance would be advantageous.An understanding of lean and agile development methodologies.Strong communication skills - you can articulate your ideas to peers and stakeholders alike.Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.Reasons to join us
