Job Description
Data Platform & Solutions ensures that all portfolio information necessary for the investment management process is complete, accurate, timely, and effectively controlled using the latest technology and tools, serving all company's businesses. The Program Management Team runs the business and transformation initiatives for Data Platforms & Solutions. Each program manager is responsible for a portfolio of projects: structure, alignment on direction, end-to-end delivery, reporting, and project risk management. The team is also responsible for transforming demand management and maturing service management across the organization. We seek a contractor to help document organizational process flows and maps across key functions in the Data Platform & Solutions, as well as help complete functional reviews, and plans for transformation and ultimately ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities:
Document process flows and complete process mapping across the organizationIdentify areas for alignment and build consensus with senior leadershipInventories of key processes and technical capabilities within DP&SImplement standards for maintenance of these inventoriesCreation of a project plan for implementing change and execution pathDefine success criteria and metrics for tracking successful execution of organizational change
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in program managementDemonstrated success in leading change in a matrixed organizationAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to flexibly balance priorities in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding communication and presentation skills - Able to clearly communicate in EnglishRelationship building skills - Able to Quickly develop relationshipsDetail Oriented, Precise in Documenting abilitiesExposure to agile methodology, data management, or service management, a plusExperience with Aha and ADO a plus
