Функціональні обов’язки:
– Створення та систематизація документації для функціональності продукту з докладним описом особливостей і вимог.
– Сприяння у формуванні та оцінці гіпотез із документацією передбачуваних змін.
– Допомога в постановці та контролі виконання front/backend завдань із документуванням процесу.
– Сприяння в поліпшенні UX/UI із документуванням запропонованих поліпшень.
– Внесення пропозицій щодо поліпшення продуктових/бізнес метрик.
– Комунікація із суміжними департаментами.
– Систематичний моніторинг продуктів конкурентів з документацією виявлених конкурентних переваг.
– Моніторинг показників продукту.
– Сприяння в аналізі конверсійних воронок на сайті з метою поліпшення конверсії, з подальшою документацією запропонованих змін.
– Аналіз потреб бізнесу та постановка технічних задач по GA у розробку та налаштуванню тегів у Google Tag Manager.
Наші очікування від тебе:
– Розуміння життєвого циклу розробки програмного забезпечення (SDLC).
– Знання і розуміння основ бізнес-аналізу (BABOK).
– Досвід роботи з API та вебсервісами.
– Навички формулювання високорівневих технічних вимог до програмного продукту.
– Досвід написання технічних завдань для розробників.
– Знання нотацій BPMN 2.0 та UML.
– Досвід створення прототипів користувацьких інтерфейсів (Figma, Axure, Balsamiq тощо).
– Високі навички комунікації, чіткість та точність в передачі інформації.
– Вміння планувати інтеграцію сервісів.
– Досвід написання юзер гайдів та технічних специфікацій до проєкту.
– Досвід роботи з командою розробників, дизайнерів, керівниками в продуктовій компанії.
– Знання Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
