The Challenges that Await You

As our new Supply Planner - your primary responsibilities will revolve around forecasting, monitoring inbound supply and stock levels, and overseeing product transformations.

This entails analyzing sales data, ensuring adequate stock availability to meet demand, and coordinating product transformations for timely deliveries across Ukraine.

Key responsibilities will include:

Establish the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to ensure Customer Service and satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints; Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize;Analyze exceptions, take business decisions within agreed Framework (based on priorities or after arbitration and product allocation) and adjust planning results accordingly. Establish production requirements for short and long term and to follow up on production plans; Establish and periodically review stock policies for Finished Goods;Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information to respective Stakeholders. Highlighting all supply issues in proper advance. Detailing impacts of proposed actions. Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process; Challenge Production Planners to manage lot sizes, cycle times to drive optimum FG inventory and required Freshness level. Also challenge Demand Planner to improve Demand Planning Accuracy;Ensures proper Master Data settings and Event Management related SNP visibility (launches, re-launches, discontinuations).

We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication skills, capable of navigating a complex stakeholder landscape and effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

A strong interest in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry;Proficient analytical skills and experience in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, AFO, and Power BI;Strong prioritization and time management skills, as structure is key to success in Supply Planning within a fast-paced environment;A results-oriented mindset, taking initiative and assuming ownership of tasks and decisions;A service-oriented approach, willing to challenge existing practices while also being open to constructive disagreement.
