General Employment type  B2B Salary  16000-22000 PLN + VAT Workload  full time Office hours  flexible Operating mode  fully remote position What we Offer? real impact on the shape of the product  enablement in creating your own self-development path (up to 12 days yearly for your self-development activities) full flexibility  experienced team that likes to share knowledge teal organizational culture (no micromanagement and strict structures; we are flat and we are all eager to take ownership of our tasks and initiatives) Responsibilities Developing core features of web applications we build Decide with the team how to approach new features Working in a highly collaborative environment Peer code reviews Writing integration and end-to-end tests Working at your own pace to deliver well tested and high-quality software Sharing knowledge about the challenges and solutions encountered Your Key Skills Very good understanding of Kotlin and Java with 4+ years of experience Knowledge of Spring Framework MongoDB (we use it), or any other database Project Reactor and/or Coroutines Knowledge of: Reactive programming, Testcontainers, Wiremock, IntelliJ, Git, Gradle Writing Unit Tests: Junit5, AssertJ Writing clean and readable code (SOLID, DRY, YAGNI, KISS) Good communication and interpersonal skills Good written and spoken English (min B2) Fluent Polish Big + Knowledge of Apache Kafka Being active in the community (self-development, GitHub projects, blog posts, , Twitter)
