We are seeking a talented and creative Recruitment Researcher to join our team. As a member of the Recruitment team, you will be searching for qualified candidates, maintaining the database, holding research, gathering statistics, and preparing documents.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sourcing in IT areaUnderstanding of IT domain specifics and labor marketProficiency with sourcing toolsExperience in automatization of the sourcing processAt least Intermediate level of written and conversational English Good command of PolishGood analytical and Internet search skillsAbility to quickly switch between tasks and meet deadlinesPersonal qualities:
Highly responsible and motivated personStrong communication and networking skillsSelf-driven, proactive and result-orientedWould be a plus:

Cooperation with Recruitment TeamSourcing potential candidates by utilizing different search services, job boards, internal database, advertising, and other resourcesScreening resumes for requirementsMaintaining of the databaseCreating and, publishing descriptions of open positions internally and on the job boardsMonitoring vacancies relevance on job portals and reporting problemsMarket research, analysis, related reportsDifferent research tasks upon request and creation of long listsE-mail correspondenceAscendix offers you:
