Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sourcing in IT areaUnderstanding of IT domain specifics and labor marketProficiency with sourcing toolsExperience in automatization of the sourcing processAt least Intermediate level of written and conversational English Good command of PolishGood analytical and Internet search skillsAbility to quickly switch between tasks and meet deadlines
