Role and responsibilities The purpose of the Project assistant position is to assist in the day-to-day functioning of the Advisory Coordination Centre (ACC), the coordination structure providing services for IDPs (Internally displaced people). This will include receiving people in the centre, by phone and through online forms. Recording needs of people requesting assistance and directing these to appropriate supporting agencies. It may also involve a range of community and group activities and outreach to areas around the Raion. Generic responsibilities: Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines. Prepare and develop status reports as required. Ensure proper filing of documents. Assist with the implementation of the programme function as plan of action. Specific responsibilities: Build professional relationships with relevant stakeholders (. humanitarian organizations, volunteer groups, site administrators) through positive communication and collaboration. Referring IDPs with needs to the relevant state agency/humanitarian organisation Support organisation and facilitation of the regular coordination meetings with humanitarian organizations, volunteer groups, site administrators Regular updating of Social Policy Database Ensure proper filing of documents and reporting to the NRC and Strii State Department Advisory Coordination Centre. Support the organisation and community mobilization the distribution of in-kind assistance to IDPs. To perform tasks for both structures - NRC and Strii State Department Advisory Coordination Centre. Day-to day work in Advisory Coordination Centre (ACC), based in Strii, working closely with and supporting the work of the ACC managers and psychologists. Communication with war-affected population, identifying their needs. Support the ACC Manager to arrange and facilitate community events in and outside the centre. Travel to other areas within the catchment area of the centres to provide service to IDPs and other service users who are not able to access the centre. Promote and facilitate accountability towards the IDPs, including taking any complaints. Support the development of information management systems in the ACCs via regular communication with information management staff in the NRC west area office. Стрий. Підтримати організацію громади, розподіл негрошової допомоги ВПО. Допомага менеджеру ККЦ в організації та проведенні громадських заходів у ККЦ та за його межами. Виїзд в інші громади в межах району для надання послуг ВПО та іншим користувачам послуг, які не мають доступу до центру. Просувати та сприяти підзвітності перед ВПО, включаючи розгляд будь-яких скарг. Підтримка розвитку інформаційних систем управління ККЦ шляхом регулярного спілкування з персоналом з управління інформацією в офісі NRC Західного офісу.
