The IT-company Andersen invites an experienced System Analyst to work on a project for one of our French customers.
The customer is a global leader in the insurance and B2B2C support industry, offering comprehensive solutions that encompass international health and life insurance, travel insurance, automotive services, and maintenance. With its history dating back to 1950, the company has evolved to include four commercial brands: Assistance, Automotive, Travel and Care. The company offers high-tech products and solutions that go beyond traditional insurance, easily integrating into partner businesses or being directly sold to customers through the company's brands.
The project is a global platform for a digital ecosystem, bringing together travel solutions and service providers in a single space for safe and convenient travel. This platform is already operational in Germany, Spain, and France.
Responsibilities
Conducting business meetings and joint sessions on application and requirements development.Identifying, analyzing and documenting technical requirements and functionality of existing APIs from various stakeholders.Designing REST API in OpenAPI specification format.Forming a backlog of REST API development tasks.Documenting user and functional requirements for REST API in the format of User stories with highlighting and detailed description of acceptance criteria.Modeling domain area (entity-relationship diagrams), business processes and algorithms (UML activity diagrams), functionalities (UML use case diagrams), service interactions (UML sequence diagrams).Writing user documentation for API consumers and publishing it on the portal for developers.Conducting REST API acceptance testing and maintaining collections of API requests.Demonstrating the REST API.Managing API access and organizing onboarding of new API consumers.Identifying gaps in portal functionality for developers, creating a backlog of tasks for portal improvement, describing them and conducting acceptance testing.Participating in Scrum ceremonies.Analyzing risks and causes of errors in systems development.
Requirements
Commercial experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years.Experience in developing software documentation and knowledge of security best practices.Experience in modeling business processes UML (sequence diagrams, activity diagrams), ERD (business domain models) and BPMN.Experience in designing REST APIs.Experience with Postman/Swagger/SoapUI.Experience in documenting requirements in user story format (breaking down into stories, highlighting acceptance criteria).Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban).Profound knowledge of all requirements elicitation techniques and experience in managing requirements.Strong analytical skills to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.Ability to modify a chosen approach in response to changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback.Self-confidence and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers.Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
