Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills to assist in coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and supporting the project team in delivering successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of project and services management activities, resources, and budget controlDevelop and maintain project and services documentation, invoices, plans, and reportsCreation of managerial presentations and reports in MS PowerPointAct as the point of contact and communicate program portfolio status to all participants, plan and arrange meetings, minutes keeping, and follow-upsCooperating with customers, vendors, and other departments to effectively resolve program needsCoordinating the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project executionProblem Solving: Addressing issues that arise and working with the team to find solutionsOrganizing and facilitating meetings, including setting agendas, and documenting meeting minutesIdentifying opportunities for internal process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance program/project/service efficiencySupporting in the team members onboarding / offboarding processesQualifications
1+ years of experience with the coordination of project and services management activitiesMaster’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or ManagementStrong knowledge of MS PowerPoint and excellent presentation design skillsStrong knowledge of MS Excel (pivots tables, data analysis, etc.)English level: B1 or higherFamiliarity with MS M365 platform (SharePoint, Teams)Excellent self-management, planning, organizational and analytical skillsAttention to detail, ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, readiness for flexible work schedulesPerfect communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a multicultural teamWe offer:
