We are looking for a motivated, self starter with SAFe experience to join our Electronics Engineering Team. The Requirements Engineer will play a crucuial role in the development and completion of our projects and will support all of the scrum teams. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and priorities for the project Work with the Solution Architects to translate the requirements into the solution design Work with the Technical Product Owner to develop the backlog to support the requirements Maintain requirements traceability Determine and track metrics Developing user stories for the agile team's backlog leveraging SAFe principles Challenging stories and the teams backlog created by the PO for their technical feasibility Provides explanation and guidance for the technical requirements for the developers and acts as contact person for questions Applies architectural design principles provided by the Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect Foster relentless improvement Coach to the team and training on SAFe ways of working/best practices Skills and competencies: Collaboration: Is more committed to the team and collective success than to his/her individual comfort. Establishes an environment that values and respects different perspectives to achieve global business objectives Agile ways of working: Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives, leveraging agile ways of working to quickly adapt and organize around shifting priorities. Ability to use agile and design thinking tools to create rapid prototyping and pilots to assess potentials Work Experience: Relevant experience in a business or executive management role Proven technology portfolio and project managemetn Previous experience in managing multiple scrum teams Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity Ability to influence and lead people through change IT consulting experience with a focus on software and firmware development Proven success in requirements engineering role Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions Other (nice to have): SAFe Certifications Change management : Prosci, CCMP (optional) Offer: B2B contract with Experis 100% Remote MultiSport Plus Life insurance Medicover Premium E-learning platform
