Troubleshooting technical problems and solving them. Customer engagement and support: Provide expert guidance to customers, aligning solution strategy with business goals, Support project management and contribute to the successful delivery of customer engagements, Assist sales teams in effort estimation, proposal creation, and pre-sales activities. Continuous learning and knowledge transfer: Maintain advanced level technical certification(s) in the assigned area, Stay updated through educational workshops, professional publications, and industry networks, Coordinate and hand over repeatable processes to remote service teams. What we need to see from you Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365 workloads, Experience with delivering both on-premises and cloud solutions, Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, Ability to prepare and deliver training and webinars for end users. Must haves: 6+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, designing, planning, and deploying workloads, Azure Active Directory and its integration, and security best practices, Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 services such as: Exchange Online proficiency in managing and configuring, including email management and migrations, Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and collaboration features, Experience with Microsoft Teams, including chat, meetings, channels, and integrations, Expertise in migrating data and applications from on-premises environments to Office 365, Experience of Microsoft Intune for device management and Microsoft Defender family, Language: English proficient. Nice to haves: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents), Knowledge of Cloud Services (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), Language: Ukrainian.
