Regional Logistics Excellence Specialist
What Global Logistics Excellence & Regional Logistics team is about:
We are creating a new logistics operating model, with standardized processes, state-of-the-art digital tools and governance over our logistics flows.
We are designing and implementing a new, scalable operating model to enhance our logistics capabilities. We will move from a scattered logistics landscape to an integrated model combining specialized third-party and fourth-party logistics providers (3PL/4PL).

As a part of Global Logistics operating model we:
- evolve Global Logistics team, that will define and streamline operational model, provide visibility on Logistics Execution across JTI operated by 4PL and selective 3PLs, continue providing technical support to stakeholders for logistics configuration, governance and issues management, establish required control mechanism to ensure proper logistics demand & capacity flow, provide inputs for strategic direction by translating logistics service portfolio & market trends, review and drive continuous improvements with internal and external stakeholders.
- establish Regional Logistics teams, that will act as a ‘’tactical hubs’, working hand in hand with markets, factories & GBS centers and external partners while overseeing our shipments from planning to delivery, acting as an operational escalation level, leading regional network optimization initiatives, driving performance improvements on the regional level and leading business reviews.

What this position is about:
You will be owning the Operating Model Regional data, reporting capabilities and enable support the adequate execution of the operations of the 4PL/3PLs.
Reporting to: Regional LogEx Hub Manager, EU/MENEAT.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and benchmarks regionally mapped processes
- Identifies data, process and system inefficiencies, recommends and steers improvements
- Ensures system workability for the region
- Builds regional reporting derived from the global practices
- Analyzes data to measure regional operational performance, identifies opportunities for improvements
- Acts as key user for systems and SAP LBN & P44, incl. master data maintenance for the region
- Collaborates with the Global Data Intelligence to deliver reporting capabilities for Ops Monitor & Continuous Improvement detection
- Engage with JTI stakeholders (Factories, GBS, Global planning etc) to ensure volume/ capacity need forecasting with requested granularity to the given horizon
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics / Engineering
- 5 years Logistics execution experience
- End-to-End Logistics execution understanding
- Knowhow in Operational and tactical logistics
- Good communication skills
- Ability to deliver business insights
- Ability to understand well the supply network configuration
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Power BI, SAP TM, SAP GTT, SAP AC, LCM
- Fluent in English
