Cluster Procurement Manager Turkey+
Position purpose:
You will manage the procurement operations within assigned Cluster. This role has the following main dimensions:
- Lead Cluster procurement team (incl. performance management)
- Be accountable for Global/Regional strategy implementation and Cluster-specific ones if relevant
- Manage senior stakeholders (e.g. GM, Factory Director)
- Drive the team towards innovation & continuous improvement
- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement mindset
- Foster cross-Cluster / cross Regional network
- Ensure all controls/policies are deployed and understood by Cluster procurement teams
- Role model in compliance and ethics
