We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with SAFe and  Electronics experience  to join our  Electronics Engineering Team . The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, establishing and managing critical projects for the business. This individual will serve as a liaison between the business and technical team to understand the customer needs and requirements, translate these into technical requirements, and develop the plan to deliver within the timelines and budget available. This individual will need to have experience working closely with Solution Architects, Technical Product Owners, and development teams. It is critical for this individual to have technical knowledge and experience on software, firmware development and integration with physical products as they will be the link between the crucial technical delivery teams.                    Stakeholder managements   Keep stakeholders updated on progress across all of the IT Teams and any changes/refinement on project goals, objectives or requirements Develop and maintain the coordinated IT schedule Track and manage risks/issues as they occur                 Translating business/ functional requirements into the technical requirements Work closely with the key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and priorities for the project Knowledge of complicated systems and system teams managing them  Work with the Solution Architects to translate the requirements into the solution design Work with the Technical Product Owner to develop the backlog to support the requirements Maintain requirements traceability  Determine and track metrics                   Develop and manage the project, communication, resource plans and processes Manages the project timelines Manages the resource plans Estimates the budget and schedule                   Developing user stories for the agile team's backlog leveraging SAFe principles Work closely with the Technical Product Owner to define the backlog Manage the schedule and progress across multiple teams Helping to resolve/remove roadblocks as they occur including developing technical solutions/workarounds as required Tracking and managing the technical debt created by the project and the future work to reduce it Provides explanation and guidance for the technical requirements for the developers and acts as contact person for questions Support the development teams as required Work closely with the development teams as they identify solutions and advocate for the other development teams on the implications these decisions could have  Liaise across all development teams                  Consumer based mindset to bring empathy for how the solution will help the consumer                   Skills: Collaboration: Is more committed to the team and collective success than to his/her individual comfort.
