Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality Ruby applications and web solutions. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to testing and deployment. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application performance and functionality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into projects where applicable. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to web applications. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
