For 13 years Inteca has gained experience in implementing projects for large companies in Poland, mainly in the finance, banking and service sectors. We provide consulting services in the area of implementation and integration of IT systems, enterprise architecture, business process automation, API Management and enterprise applications. Our custom development services are complemented by IT Architecture consulting. Working with clients, we focus on optimizing IT investment, their correlation with the business objectives of the enterprise, and planning and building effective business and IT Architecture. We are a team of consultants and software engineers with extensive experience in implementing projects using Agile methodology. We support the software development process with our proprietary Model Driven Engineering approach – developed over the years of our work. Every day we solve complex problems in the name of our mission – delivering business value through the use of information technology. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with Business Stakeholders: Understand and translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans. Effectively manage client expectations. Communicate technical constraints and decisions to the business. Solution Design: From concept to implementation, design enterprise solutions that are innovative, scalable, and secure. Collaboration and Guidance: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and adherence to best practices throughout the solution development lifecycle. Strategic Architectural Leadership: Define and refine architecture strategies, standards, processes, technologies, and tools to align with our long-term vision. Project Roadmapping: Collaboratively drive or assist in the estimation and construction of solution implementation roadmaps. Architecture Analysis and Design: Analyze, model, document, and assess existing software architectures, proposing improvements and innovative solutions. Expert Consultation: Serve as a leading expert, guiding development teams to adhere to solution design, development, and testing standards, ensuring architectural integrity and quality. Solution Implementation : Take charge of designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions from scratch, leading the project from concept to completion. Leadership in Technical Briefings: Lead technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions. Integration and Automation: Identify key integration patterns and opportunities for business automation, enhancing operational efficiency and capability. Requirements: 8+ years in the industry, including 3+ years as an Architect with hands-on experience in designing and implementing architectures from scratch. Must have deep expertise in microservice-based architectures, Kubernetes, and messaging systems like Kafka, along with proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), API design, and architecture patterns. Demonstrated ability to enhance existing architectures, drive innovation and efficiency, and possess strong leadership qualities for managing stakeholder expectations and mentoring teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of a methodical approach to troubleshooting and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment. Proven independence in managing schedules and overseeing projects, with the ability to operate autonomously and take proactive actions without constant guidance. Excellent communication skills in English and Polish, with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Familiarity with DevOps culture and practices and agile methodologies, aimed at delivering innovative and efficient architectural solutions.
