The mission – Plan the activities related to the tests during the different phases (workload, resources); – Coordinate functional and technical testing strategy; – Ensure the team has works with the test case management system by approved workflow; – Validate the test scenarios eligible for automation; – Point out and follow up on problems raised during the test phases – Support the manual QAs in the analysis of problems and their reproducibility – Takes main role in test case review process to assure all requirements are covered by tests; – Contribute to the improvement of the quality, validation process and application of good practices – Contribute to the automation of interoperability, acceptance, performance, and non-regression tests Responsibilities: – Propose and implement Test plan describes testing strategy, activities and responsibilities – Check and/or validate compliance of deliverables as required – Support and guide the team to create and update automation non-regression test packs – Maintain test cases in a shared repository – Participate in the implementation of load and performance tests on projects Main activities – Support the QA members to analyze user requirements, specifications and modules – Participate in the test strategy: scenarios, test sets, procedures, test books, etc. – Contribute to the definition of the acceptance plan and the drafting of the acceptance protocol – Contribute to the implementation of the test environment (tools, test campaigns, load and performance test) – Monitoring of test executions and create test reports – Manage anomalies: detection, analysis and traceability – Track deliveries – Creates and maintain a report for crucial KPIs – Ensure and organize knowledge transfer and upgrade of the skills for the team Requirements and necessary skills – Strong knowledge of different testing techniques – Ability to define and implement test scenarios – Good estimation and test planning abilities – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Results oriented and positive attitude – Good analytical skills to evaluate test results – Good understanding of user stories and their acceptance criteria – Adaptability to changes – Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines – Very good level of French language – written and spoken We offer: – Competitive remuneration package; – Opportunity to use cutting edge technologies in real projects; – Opportunity to learn and enhance your skills; – Collaboration with highly skilled and friendly colleagues; – Dynamic and interesting work environment; – Annual employee’s performance check and reevaluation; – Team-building events; – Social benefits – monthly budget in which are included: o Additional health insurance – Luxury package; o “Health with priority” medical insurance covering severe diseases; o Employee Assistance Program including psychological, finance and legal advices; o Flexible social benefits (food vouchers, fuel vouchers, sport card and other options). – 20 days annual paid leave + 1 additional day/year for each year of length of service in TINQIN (up to a total of 25 days); – Office perks (coffee, soft drinks, fresh fruits, ice cream, sport and relax area); – Hybrid working model (employees can choose whether to work from the office or from home) – Referral program.
