Intetics Inc. is a leading American technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for an Geospatial Services Business Development Leader to enrich its team with a skilled professional. As a member of our Sales Hunter team you will play a critical role in expanding our existing client base. You will have responsibility for achieving your quota in the region in geospatial domain. The focus is predominantly new business growth (hunting). You will work closely with the team to build and maintain a sales pipeline, progress opportunities through the pipeline and negotiate to closure. The ideal candidate is a deal-maker, empathic, persistent, self-motivated, a critical thinker, problem solver, well-spoken, professional, and is able to present confidently to small and large groups including at the Executive level. The perfect candidate is a team collaborator, fluent in English and available to travel within the North America and Europe. Responsibilities: Drive all aspects of sales and business development, including lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, proposal development, high level solutions design, and pricing; Keep Geospatial expertise to have input into the Intetics solutions and services roadmap, to help tailor offerings to better meet targeted customer needs; Relationship development and cultivation with key client stakeholders and prospects; Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their businesses and how Intetics can help them to be more successful through geospatial solution approach; Prepare commercial proposals and contracts; Negotiate scope, commercial, and legal terms in contracts with the support of the pre-sales, delivery, financial, and legal teams; Work closely with the geospatial solution teams to become a front-line expert for Intetics Geospatial Services business; Ensure that accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and other sales process/infrastructures are established Represent Intetics externally (fairs/conferences) and ensure a continuous flow of new customers & busines Creates and gives presentations to position us as Thought Leader in the geospatial domain Develop a GTM strategy to access and identify the most relevant use cases and personas in order to build up the new business value-focused geospatial offering Aligns and orchestrates the different Intetics resources from Delivery, CoEs, … Travel 30% etc. Manage sales from start to finish: find leads, build relationships, manage sales progress, create proposals, design solutions, and set prices. Update your geospatial knowledge to contribute to our solution development, making sure the company meets customer needs. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and potential customers. Understand customer business models to offer effective geospatial solutions for their success. Draft and prepare business proposals and contracts. Negotiate contract details with the help of our pre-sales, project delivery, and legal teams. Collaborate with our geospatial solutions team to become a key expert in our services. Keep track of sales predictions and manage the sales pipeline effectively Requirements Sales Leadership: Proven track record of successful customer collaboration and delivery of results (revenue) with geospatial customers Deep geospatial domain expertise Deep understanding of the business value and understanding of the relevant language Knowledgeable of and great network within geospatial industry Expertise of the relevant geospatial sub domains University degree with specification in geospatial sector 5+ successful years’ experience in a sales executive role and experience in dealing with demanding customers; Several years of experience in the geospatial sector; Several years of experience in the Technology, Software, and Digital sectors; Experience in the following sectors would be a plus: Utility and Civil Engineering LiDAR processing and collection Data collection Automotive Navigation
