JOB DESCRIPTION Are you ready to take the lead of a team of bright professionals in the realm of Python automation? We’re seeking an enthusiastic person who can mentor our Python automation team, guiding them to new heights of success! If you’re passionate about empowering others and driving innovation, this role is for you! Get ready to dive into projects focused on automating tests, processes, as well as tool creation. Responsibilities: Secure the team competence growth; Inspire motivation within the team; Provide on-time feedback; Take care of the personal development of the team members; Maintain a positive working environment; Organize team buildings; Proactively provide technical support; Monitor deliverables daily, and identify critical points and obstacles; Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues; Contribute to the approach and implementation of the team projects; Ensuring project delivery on time; Implement continuous improvement practices; Lead the team to successful completion of the projects; Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project; Teach and mentor the team members. Requirements: Experience: 4+ years of experience with Python; 2+ years of experience with test and process automation; Experience with Linux OS, bash, and GIT; Leadership experience is recommended; Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent; Experience with Robot Framework is an advantage; Proficient understanding of the common software development processes; Ability to understand highly complex technical information systems. Personal skills: Ability to initiate and influence; Positive and can-do proactive mindset; Good algorithmic and analytical thinking; Passion for solving technical issues; Keen on learning new technologies; Fluent in English.
