As a Python Engineer , you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, on a cutting-edge project aimed at automation and data product development. Your main responsibilities: Identifying opportunities for automation and designing/building end-to-end solutions Collaborating with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements and develop optimal automation solutions and data products Working with the POD lead, the PO, Solution & Platform Architects to identify necessary changes and create/agree on stories Independently generating implementation options for complex requirements Coordinating and enforcing technical standards while aiding team members in Python development You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum 10 years of software development experience, including at least 7 years of Python programming Solid expertise in Python (3.x), with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc. A design thinking mindset and the ability to conceptualize solution designs Experience with streaming data pipelines using PySpark, Apache Beam frameworks Familiarity with beam runners like Apache Spark, Apache Flink, GC dataflow, etc. Exposure to Reporting/Analytics tools like Qliksense/Qlikview Previous involvement in automating CI/CD pipelines within a DevOps Product/Service team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Knowledge of Microservices based architecture and patterns Fluent English We offer you: ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
