Job Description

We are looking for a IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful planning and execution of transformative initiatives such as digital business projects and technological projects

Responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing business needs, developing proposals for future IT system and service enhancements, regularly monitoring the effectiveness of business processes, and making suggestions for productivity improvements using IT tools.Managing IT projects and initiatives to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and project scope.Developing, supporting, and reviewing proposals for assigned projects and initiatives, including goals, technologies, systems, data specifications, timelines, funding, and personnel.Establishing and tracking IT project stages; managing and tracking unforeseen delays and changes in task scope, proper change management as necessary.Creating and implementing project communication plans and providing status updates to staff and stakeholders.Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends necessary for preparing reports on the status of IT tasks.Representing the local IT team in major global IT projects.


Qualifications

On-site position in the Pryluky office.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Understanding of software development methodologies, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.Excellent communication skills.Intermediate English level.Project management experience is a plus.

Nice to have

0,5 years of experience in business analysis or project management.
