Job Description
We are seeking a Senior LivePerson SME to join our team remotely.
The project involves migrating from Genesys to LivePerson, addressing any issues encountered during the migration process, and implementing necessary customizations.
Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing chat and messaging bots. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chat or messaging bots. Assist in planning and estimating development projects/sprints. Take part in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Work in an agile environment, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Provide Live person expertise in setting up new accounts and maintain/upkeep existing accounts.Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.Extensive experience in software development and technical architecture, with experience in leading technical teams.Must have hands-on LivePerson experience.Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Javascript and Node.js.Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience in agile software development methodologies.Nice to have:
