Job Description
We are looking for a UX Developer to join our team to develop and deploy solutions for the integrated servicing portal. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in UX development, with preference given to those with experience in the Financial industry, and possibly Healthcare, to navigate regulatory and compliance complexities effectively.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support robust software applications and services with high-quality standardsImplement the user interface and interactions, ensuring that the design is functional, responsive, and accessibleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feature requirements, design user interfaces, and implement solutions that meet business objectivesActively participate in the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deploymentContribute to the optimization of user workflows and system performance through continuous improvement initiativesConduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards, providing constructive feedback to fellow EngineersQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldPrevious experience in UX development rolesKnowledge of .NET technologies, related frameworks, and librariesUnderstanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry; experience in healthcare compliance is a plusExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing complex challengesAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirementsWe offer:
