Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Genesys IVR Developer, who will help us work on solutions and implement technologies that will improve user experience, to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop the IVR code from pre-defined requirementsDevelop, maintain and support complex solution requirementsWork with Dialog modules for voice recognition, AI and authenticationParticipate in troubleshooting issues: analyzing logs and determining root causeDeal with voice and chat bots with the core voice and multimedia functionalities.Partner closely with the Technical Architect, Engineering, Business AnalystsQuality Assurance and other cross-functional program team member
Qualifications
5+ years relevant experience required to develop applications in Genesys Composer5+ years of relevant experience required using GRAT and GREExperience with Genesys PlatformEnterprise-scale IVR application development experienceExperience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AIExperience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)Experience with agile and scrum development methodologiesExperience with web services integrationExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environmentKnowledge in Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive services (ex: LUIS.ai), and QA maker Microsoft Bot framework
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST based micro-services, JAVA/J2EENuance grammar development experienceExperience in automated testing desiredKnowledge of SQL and experience with relational databasesExperience with Spring frameworkBachelor’s degree in a technology discipline or equivalent experienceExperience with web server like Tomcat
