Your team will span multiple locations, including the U.S., and is expected to grow throughout the coming year. In this role, you are expected to: Direct the technical work for a team of software engineers ranging from front-end to back-end, and junior to senior experience levels. Take a proactive approach to improving the entire software development life-cycle. Leverage Agile best practices to manage the delivery of software through continuous deployment, integration and test-driven development, including sprint planning, triaging of issues and assigning work based on experience and skills. Collaborate cross-functionally, building relationships to deliver on company goals. Work effectively with product managers, engineers and leadership to grow your team and most effectively meet aggressive business outcomes. Synthesize customer feedback and advise on technical designs for new features Determine processes and metrics to ensure products are market ready.
