Компанія представлена більш ніж в 100 країнах світу, а її інноваційними препаратами користуються мільйони пацієнтів.На разі компанія в пошуках спеціаліста на позицію «Асистент зовнішньої служби».Вимоги до кандидатів:Закінчена вища освіта або випускник старших курсів ВНЗ;Попередній досвід адміністративної роботи від 1 року;Відмінні комунікативні навички й навички роботи в команді;Знання англійської мови від Intermediate та вище;Хороші навички вирішення проблем;Упевнений користувач ПК (MS Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook);Знання бізнес-етикету;Персональні якості: дисциплінованість, адаптивність, уважність.Обов'язки, передбачені посадою:Підтримка зовнішньої служби щодо внутрішніх процесів;Комунікація з агентствами, що надають послуги з організації заходів та вибір агенст, що є найбільш ефективних за витратами для компанії;Здійснювати підготовку та проведення внутрішніх заходів;Координувати роботу Асистента з ведення складу та розсилання промоційних матеріалів: забезпечувати фінальну готовність промоційних матеріалів, а саме: розпаковувати та складати матеріали, вести внутрішню документацію щодо вхідних/вихідних матеріалів, підтримувати порядок під час їх зберігання, проводити їх інвентаризацію й утилізацію, контролювати відправлення промоційних матеріалів у регіони;Щомісяця надавати звіт щодо проведених і запланованих заходів у відділ бухгалтерії та створювати акт списання промо для відділу бухгалтерії;Брати до виконання інші проєкти й завдання, які можуть надходити від лінійного менеджера.Що компанія пропонує:Гібридний графік;Медичне страхування;Регулярний перегляд заробітної плати;Робота в міжнародній фармацевтичній компанії з можливістю кар'єрного та професійного розвитку;Комфортна корпоративна культура та інклюзивність.
