You will also be involved in the further development of the agile organization within the division. You will take on various roles in agile teams (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach) as part of change processes. You support team members in their personal and professional development. You will also structure, coordinate and take on the technical management of cash-related IT and/or organizational projects. Special values: Your qualifications Master's degree or equivalent in a subject relevant to the position (e.g. economics, business psychology or business law) Very good knowledge of agile approaches and methods in project management and leadership environment; certification desirable Very good knowledge of organizational development and agile transformation Knowledge of the tasks (especially in the cash area) and the organization of the Deutsche Bundesbank as well as in the ESCB environment Experience in project management or project leadership with IT and/or organizational reference, experience in the application of agile approaches and methods as well as experience in the public sector are desirable Ability to analyze, evaluate and present complex issues to the right audience, even under tight deadlines Independent way of working with a strong focus on solutions Very good German and good written and spoken English skills We expect you to be willing to undergo a security check in accordance with the German Federal Security Check Act (SÜG).
