For our support team in Wrocław we are looking for Senior SAP Support Consultants. As an SAP Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications within our customers organization. We are looking for seniors with deep understanding standard logistics modules, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication with key-users and other stakeholders of our international customers. Responsibilities and tasks 2nd level support for SAP users in various countries (Ticket based) 3rd level support for SAP standard modules, custom adjustments and proaxia products Data and system administration Maintaining the customer relationship for support topics Fostering the growth of juniors in the team Our offer Work in an international environment Development opportunities - you will work with industry experts from proaxia and SAP team Knowledge transfer by associates with many years of experience in SAP 8-hour working time model from 7:00 to 18:00 Mon-Fri Hybrid workplace (Wrocław) Life insurance and private medical care MyBenefit cafeteria platform Supportive team that focuses on sharing knowledge & solving issues together.
