Technicus is the specialist Salesforce data implementation partner that offers a fully managed process for data migration and data management services across the Salesforce platform. We are a group of data engineers, data analysts, business analysts, test engineers and project managers driven by the realisation that without a good migration experience, strong data management and a deep understanding of your data, organisations will not truly realise the value of their Salesforce investment. However, strip away our job titles, we are simply a passionate team of individuals who pride ourselves on quality delivery, making a significant impact on the user and customer experience across the Salesforce platform. We are looking for Data Engineers who are self-starters and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You'd be working in a passionate team of data specialists, with a big focus put on the amount of ownership over your work. The projects within this team are of various nature, ranging from greenfield data projects, to shaping DataOps for our existing UK-based and global clients. Your responsibilities Data pipeline or software engineering using popular programming languages Developing data flows using SQL or end-to-end data integration / data management tools Analysing large and varied data sets across different functions or industries Preparing solution documentation, and driving technical standards Validating data cleansing performed by the business to ensure adherence to quality criteria Support the Data Analysts with new data pipelines or automating processes Environment: Data, software, public clouds Technological stack of the project: Salesforce, Talend, Tableau, Power BI, Azure, Python Communication language of the project: English Our requirements Experience of working on multiple projects as a Data Engineer (5-6 years) Advanced SQL skills BSc Computer Science or equivalent Structured problem-solving – able to understand the problem and break it down to find the solution Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and able to work well within a team and independently Strong hands-on technical background with a firm grounding in data engineering tools and frameworks Good communication skills – business-facing and able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of stakeholders What we offer Competitive salary with an additional annual bonus Interesting projects for international clients Fantastic work atmosphere Comprehensive private medical care at LUX MED Access to training platforms (e.g. Talend Academy) Investment in your growth – participation in meetups & webinars Hybrid work mode – two days a week in the office Comfortable office with a great view in central Warsaw (ul.
