It enables everyone to enjoy food and beverages in the most elegant, safe and responsible way.We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager who has a robust knowledge and can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement of the safety management in the workplace and engage employees in programs that ensure safe practice in the workplace.KEY TASKSOversee and maintain standards of H&S in the work environment in accordance with current and new Safety and Environment legislation.Advise management on H&S laws and regulations which affect the company and its employees.Carry out regular site safety audits, risk assessments and document the findings and implement necessary corrective actions.Elaborate safety guidelines based on corporate and law requirements.Provide health & safety trainings on newcomers employees (blue-collar and white-collar workers).Maintain and review first aid arrangements, organizing appropriate training as necessary.Organize trainings and simulate actions for employees in case of an emergency situation.Conduct investigations into accidents or near misses for identifing the root cause of the problem and making recommendations for how to prevent it from happening again.Consult with internal medical center on medical issues that might arise.THE PROFILEPrevious 5+ successful experience working in a manufacturing environmentFamiliar with safe working practisesUnderstanding current HSE legislation and its impact on the businessExperience of evaluating environmental aspects and impactsExperience in HSE Management systems and proceduresHighly computer literate including a good working knowledge of MS Office productsEnglish level in spoken and written languageCompetent in developing systems and proceduresProblem analysis and decision-making capabilityWE OFFERCompetitive salary and social packageIndexation of wages at least once a yearTransportation of personnel from Kyiv, Bucha, IrpinDevelopment and professional trainings on a group levelOnboarding process and team supportFree parking, free tea/coffee
