Summary
Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Solution Architect to work on a large-scale project for a Kazakhstan customer.
The customer is the entertainment operator that presents two value streams for customers – entertainment services and telecommunication services through mobile applications. It has operated on the market since 2019 with an app-only business model.
The project is to develop a solution that can be easily integrated with any heavy OSS layer and 3rd party systems through a unified API layer. The solution includes user channels such as mobile apps and web portals, which help to accelerate the rollout of selling processes, reduce risks, and minimize the scope of development.
Responsibilities
Verifying, refining, finalizing the architectural vision proposed in the presale phase.Analyzing, clarifying, supplementing, validating with the customer the key functionalities within BSS Modules.Identifying technological constraints affecting the scalability of the solution and its adaptation to new markets (as a boxed solution).Participating in the identification and mitigation of architectural and technological risks.Preparing AVD, suggesting and validating with the customer an optimal technology stack.Proposing a vision of the optimal team composition for the development phase.Providing technical guidance (offer technical expertise and advice to developers and other team members regarding the implementation of the architecture).
Requirements
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in telecommunications, with a focus on BSS solutions for MVNOs for 8+ years.Strong understanding of BSS functionalities, including billing systems, customer relationship management (CRM), order management, product catalog, and revenue assurance.Experience with online charging systems and PCRF.Knowledge of industry standards such as eTOM, TAM, and SID.Familiarity with regulatory compliance aspects pertaining to the telecommunications sector.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
