Your position in our crew Our work begins long before we cut the first steel for our naval vessels. In order to be operational at all, a strong IT infrastructure is essential for us - this is where your commitment is needed! You will review our network infrastructure, identify current and future requirements, select suitable components and plan/implement necessary changes and new networks. As part of this, you will follow trends and new technologies, improve our infrastructure by introducing new network standards and regularly document your diagrams, configurations and problem solutions. In addition, you will ensure smooth infrastructure operation by maintaining and configuring network components such as routers, switches and firewalls and regularly monitoring both network security and network performance. Last but not least, you will analyze errors in the infrastructure, rectify sources of faults and support your colleagues in technical user support.
