Crafting solutions for business operations, considering multiple implementation strategies. Prioritizing and managing the workload of new requests & backlog. Scoping out the profile, permissions, and user access inside Salesforce. Working with stakeholders to estimate scope, priorities and costs of Salesforce enhancements. Proactively engaging with stakeholders to identify and address complex business challenges. Monitoring and managing Salesforce governor limits and API requests. Managing and maintaining the Salesforce Platform on both the Frontend & Backend Mentoring less experienced team members. About you You have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Backend Engineering (Apex) and implementing automation from end to end to other business tools. You're experienced in working with tools such as Salesforce Flow, and API integration tools, and you're familiar with external systems like NetSuite. You possess strong communication skills, and the ability to explain your decisions to the team in written and spoken English (C1). You worked closely with multiple departments to understand the pain points & scope a technical solution. You are a good team player who can manage stakeholders' expectations. You have experience working in an agile working style. You document your work in a clear & structured way. Previous experience of working in an international environment would be a plus. What happens next? Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our People & Culture representative. The video meeting will take about 45 minutes. Then it’s time for a technical interview that will last 1-1,5h. Our C-level representative would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 30-45 minutes.
