Currently, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Tester in Sofia or remote   ​As a part of an international team of Salesforce Consultants and Developers you will support the implementation of Salesforce-driven business processes and complex IT solutions.   About the job Ensure the smooth running of the test processes after the different configurations, integrations, regular updates Define and write test cases and prepare test plans Responsible for various types of testing, including regression testing Perform manual testing ensuring high standards Involved in the design of user stories, specifications, and other documentation to ensure testability and completeness. Identify, analyse, and document bugs and defects discovered during testing using tracking tools. Interact with colleagues in order to investigate and resolve reported defects. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Salesforce testing methodologies.   Requirements You are an empathetic team player. A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with a learning mindset also loving to share knowledge. You are passionate about quality assurance, and you have at least 1 years of experience with manual testing or working with Salesforce tools. You have experience supporting Agile-based projects. Must have: Experience with User and/or Business Acceptance Testing. Ideally, you have already been able to gather knowledge about Salesforce. Optional: ISTBQ certification or another qualification equal to it.
