Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced DevOps Engineer (Azure) in Krakow to work on a large-scale FinTech project.
The customer is a market leader in delivering software products to banks, with development centers located in Poland, the Netherlands, the UK, and etc. The company develops microservices that are used to assemble solutions for more than 120 financial institutions, such as Uniqa, ING, Deutsche Bank, and others.
The project belongs to the field of banking services. We're searching for a strong specialist to join our teams in order to provide digital solutions for the bank and develop new areas of lending.
Responsibilities
Playing a key role in bringing together software development and IT operations in the delivery of our banking product. Working closely with all disciplines such as Java software developers, Frontend software developers, QA Engineers, Technical Writers and Product Owners to ensure the entire software development life cycle of our omnichannel banking portal product.Contributing to the quality and delivery of our software products. Continually innovating the products and improving the way of working.
Requirements
Experience as a DevOps Engineer (Azure) for 3+ years.Work experience with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (k8s) and have experience with Helm Charts.Experience with bash/shell and scripting programming experience, Linux/Unix experience.Experience with designing and/or delivering mission-critical services (preferably cloud-based services, most importantly Azure).Experience with configuration management tools such as Spring Cloud Config and build tools such as Maven.Experience deploying to application servers such as Tomcat or Websphere in enterprise environments, and working with relational databases.Ability to find smart ways to automate tasks for you and your team.Being flexible, balanced, always striving for improvements.Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
Work experience with IaC methodology before, and have some Terraform knowledge.Experience with cloud-based service AWS.
