Job Summary: EveryMatrix is looking for Junior Java Developer Lviv DataMatrix Company Intro: EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide platform, casino, sports betting, payments, and affiliate systems to over 300 customers worldwide. The company is profitable, has over EUR 100m in annual revenues, and 850 employees in offices across 12 countries in Europe, Asia and the US. EveryMatrix was founded in 2008 and remains a founder-owned private company. EveryMatrix is a member of the World Lottery Association (WLA) and European Lotteries Association. In September 2023 it became the first iGaming supplier to receive WLA Safer Gambling Certification. EveryMatrix is proud of its commitment to safer gambling and player protection whilst producing market leading gaming solutions. DataMatrix is a part of EveryMatrix platform that is responsible for collecting, storing, processing and utilizing hundreds of millions of transactions from the whole platform every single day. We develop Business Intelligent solutions, reports, 3rd party integrations, data streaming and other products for both external and internal use. The team consists of 35 people and is located in Lviv. We are looking for motivated, proactive developers willing to learn modern technologies, working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. You will be working in small cross-functional Agile teams responsible for the end-to-end development and component support using the You Build It, You Run It’ principle. Responsibilities: You will be extending and maximizing the capabilities of an important internal real-time data streaming platform, DataHub. Requirements: 1+ years’ of experience in software development is necessary; Experience working in an Agile software development environment (Scrum, Kanban); Previous contact with the Sports Betting industry is a big plus; Good knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms Java core Java concurrency Java stream API Spring Transactional databases and transaction processing (SQL); REST Location: Lviv Nice to have: RabbitMQ, Postgresql, Google Cloud Platform, Kafka streams, Apache Spark / Apache Flink Work Life Balance: 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays. 10 sick leave days per year (without a doctor’s note).
