You will work on a startup Regulatory Tech solution that enables customers to take control of all their information through a single platform. The main technologies are: JavaScript (ES6+), React, SQL/NoSQL The product also uses: SSR, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful API, TLS We work remotely and from the office - it's up to you where you feel comfortable :) At DNA you will experience: Transparent communication (open and regular feedback, regular discussions about the business position of the company) Strong focus on psychophysical comfort (medical and group insurance, multisport card, regular mood conversations) Concentration on personal development (mentoring process, knowledge sharing sessions, 4 hours a week dedicated to self-development, individual English lessons, 1:1 development sessions) Strong focus on building relations (DNA team lunches; we cover costs of transport and hotel for people living outside Lodz; dedicated space for not job-related chats) Flat structure (no hierarchy) where everyone is involved in making the company’s decisions What can you expect? broad ownership and autonomy impact on technical directions impact on UX/UI decisions What will you do? design, develop, and maintain web based, desktop application develop user-friendly UI participate in design of APIs Crucial experience: 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and React UI/UX design principles communication in English with foreign clients at least 5 years of commercial experience What will be additional value?
