Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for Professional and disciplinary management and further development of a team of up to 10 employees* Operational responsibility and control of existing IT processes Ensuring the operation and support of the group-wide ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX, Navision) as well as advising and supporting the specialist departments Evaluating, prioritizing and ensuring the implementation of incoming tickets Developing work specifications to optimize processes and quality-enhancing measures Creation and maintenance of guidelines and standards as well as project, process and procedure documents Development and implementation of process training courses WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU Completed training or degree in the field of IT with relevant professional experience in the ERP environment Professional competence to ensure operational capability with simultaneous implementation strength with a cost / benefit focus Experience in leading teams with the ability to create a positive and constructive working environment for employees* Target group-specific communication skills with regard to professional / technical communication to the team and preparation of decisions at management level Knowledge of service, support or administration of an MS Dynamics environment is desirable Very good German and good written and spoken English skills Service-oriented and confident appearance as well as a committed and structured way of working Ability to work in a team, service orientation and hands-on mentality Nobody is perfect!
